HSV Muscle Car Show

I love this time of year, the NRL finals are at the pointy end…the days start to get longer and warmer, and the V8 Supercar endurance rounds kick off with Bathurst not too far away. At Wakelings, this time of year is also when we host our annual HSV and HDT owners clubs' Show and Shine event in our Service & Parts facility at Campbelltown. Each year the event brings together some passionate enthusiasts who get to show the loves of their lives off as well as hundreds of keen motoring enthusiasts who love to check out what's new in the field. The event this year is on Sunday 24th, commencing 9am and winding up with all the prize giving in the early afternoon…there’ll be heaps of really cool cars, BBQ’s, jumping castle and give aways, as well as a special appearance of V8 Supercars driver and Macarthur born and raised local, Warren Luff. I’m really keen on heading on down to chat with all the guys & gals especially given we’re not too far away from the end of current Commodore production…most, if not all, of the 2017 V8 stock already has customer names on it, but if you’re lucky you may still be able to jag one…pop down and say g’day and you too can get caught up with raw emotion that is HSV and HDT!!
