Wests Tigers Coach, Ivan Cleary hosts our Friday Sales Meeting!

Last week we had the opportunity to have Wests Tigers coach, Ivan Cleary, pop into the dealership for a chat with our sales staff after the boys win against Manly. It was an extremely insightful and motivating discussion for the team, as we had the chance to ask Ivan loads of questions in a casual environment. Key things for our staff were; tips on how Ivan keeps his team motivated through the peaks and troughs of a long season, how he attempts to manage some 30 odd alpha males who he needs to mould in to becoming a champion team, what the average week looks like and some of the small details he plans for to ensure the boys have the very best opportunity. An interesting note was that Ivan rates coaching, as his highlight as well as his debut match against the Magpies in the early 90’s. It was pretty easy to see why the Wests Tigers are so keen on making sure Ivan stays at the club. We didn’t ask questions around some of the headline media acts, but there was certainly a sense of a man committed to the cause and certainly is on the bus!
