OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
As a Finance and Aftermarket Trainee you will assist the Senior Buisness Manager in providing Finance and Insurance solutions to customers when purchasing a new, demonstrator or pre-owned vehicle. This role will also allow you to develop skills across the business in both the sales and finance areas. Experience in the Automotive industry preferred, but not necessary.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Processing finance applications, settlement of finance documentation, attending customer enquiries and presenting finance packages to customers
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE:
- Strong Communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Exellent customer service skills
- Outgoing personality with a pro-active attitude
- Must be able to work Saturdays and occasional Sunday
- Must have current Australian drivers licence and own transport
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Australian Resident
THE FOLLOWING SKILLS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:
- Previous or current sales,retail or banking experience
- Strong customer service skills
