I was enormously proud this week to receive on the behalf of all our staff two major national awards for Hyundai and Volkswagen

I wrote last week about some amazing acknowledgements that our dealerships had received in the way of being awarded National Volkswagen Dealer of the Year, and once again receiving Hyundai Platinum Dealer status. Both of these awards acknowledge many things with key focus on customer satisfaction, staff training, and business planning. I’d like to specifically congratulate some very special people who most certainly helped our team win these awards. In Volkswagen, Josh Redhouse and Gary Thompson have both led our Sales and Fixed Operations teams with aplomb. Josh has several times been awarded Sales Manager of the Year and this week, Gary will be presented with his very own Gold Pin, a key honour in the VW brand. For Hyundai, Greg Wright was acknowledged as Service Manager of the Year, and Nikalah Salter, National Stock Controller of the Year…both huge achievements. Without doubt the strength of our business is our staff, all of these people live locally, and have grown up within the Wakeling Automotive team…I’m extremely proud of their achievements as they continue to help us Drive Macarthur…
